With three young children, I am no stranger to bumps and bruises. In fact, we have had several “goose eggs”, black eyes and bumps to the head. One thing I learned pretty early on in parenting is that kids get bumps and bruises. While I spent most of the 1st entire year of my daughter’s life trying to protect her from these calamities, its just not possible these days. My daughter is a 3-year-old who thinks that she is completely bullet proof. She has even been given the nickname “dozer”!
